Instructions To Reserve Your Chapelhill Membership!
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THESE DETAILED STEPS! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO RESERVE YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO ENSURE YOU GET A SPOT.
Please Read these detailed step by step instructions carefully, as doing so will enable you to reserve your Membership (no monthly payment required until the door open)!
- Go to https://picklesandplay.com/Chapelhill/
- Under the “Membership” tab, select “Membership Levels”
- Click the “Join Now” button
- After you have clicked the “Join Now” button, it will redirect you to the Court Reserve web page, specifically the Pickles and Play Court Reserve page.
Note: You will either log in if you already have a CourtReserve account or create a new account if you do not currently have one set up.
- You will then be taken to a page that has each of the 5 active membership levels offered at Pickles and Play at our current clubs.
- We added a new one for the upcoming new facility. Select the option “Future Chapelhill Pickles and Play member”
IMPORTANT: you will fill out all of the information on that page. You will then click the box under “Save Payment Profile” and click the blue “Pay button”. You will need to pay the $100 initiation to guarantee your membership.
- We are only having you pay the initiation at the time of registration to secure your spot. You do not need to complete all of this, however , since you will be securing your spot as that respective member since we have limited memberships for each level
- Later, when we are getting closer to the official opening, you will receive a reminder email to go in and complete your registration. We may also be calling you personally as a reminder and a welcome call. At that time, the ‘ball is in your court’ to complete your registration and won’t be official until that’s finalized
