Pickleball “Open Play” (MEMBERS ONLY) must be registered for prior to arrival via Court Reserve. “Open Play” for Visitors will also be made available at designated times during the week. Please consult Calendar Grid in Court Reserve for further details. There will be a $10 charge for any no-shows that reserved an open play spot.
Non-Platinum members visiting their non-home facility will be assessed a $10 charge (unless you are visiting for an already paid event (class, lesson, tournament, camp).
Guest fees are $25.00 per person. If a court reservation is made by a Members (advance booking), the member is responsible for adding their guests to their court reservation on Court Reserve and paying the guest fee ahead of time online. Otherwise, the guest would only be able to register to play within the allotted time a guest has access (much more limited).
All guests must complete a liability waiver form if they have not previously done so. This is required to be completed once in every calendar year. This can be done on Court Reserve or in person at the facility BEFORE playing. (On – site staff can assist).
All participants (Members, Visitors, Players and Observers) are required to dress appropriately and respect the Pickles and Play Dress Code before entering the facility and maintain throughout their visit.
All participants will abide by all safety guidelines, instructions, and regulations as set forth by Pickles and Play.
Taking drugs, alcohol, tobacco or other similar substances while at Pickles and Play are strictly prohibited.
At no time is any type of violence, fighting and similar permitted inside a Pickles and Play facility. Any violation thereof is cause for immediate suspension of membership.
Firearms or weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside a Pickles and Play facility and cause for immediate removal from the premises and suspension of membership.
Pickles and Play is committed to ensuring the accessibility of our facilities and for people with disabilities. We have an access ramp, suitable restrooms and transitions on to the courts as needed. We desire to create an experience that is accessible for everyone.
We strongly encourage you to consult your doctor and have a complete physical examination prior to beginning any new exercise or nutrition program. Upon entrance into a Pickles and Play facility, you represent that you are healthy enough to engage safely in activities and acknowledge that Pickles and Play does not provide medical advice. We do have a defibrillator visible and easily accessible as well a wheelchair if needed for any reason.
If you have any symptoms associated with, or you may have been exposed to a person with, a communicable, contagious or otherwise transferrable or transmissible illness, sickness, disease, or infection, including, but not limited to, COVID-19, or you otherwise pose a health risk to members, guests, or team members you may not engage in activities at Pickles and Play.
Pickles and Play is not liable or responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property, whether from lockers, vehicles or other locations on the premises. Please inquire in person at the Front Desk for lost articles that may have been found. Phone inquiries regarding lost items are not allowed.
If you are injured while in a Pickles and Play facility please seek immediate assistance from a staff team member. They will be able to provide or arrange for appropriate medical assistance. Pickles and Play is not responsible for, nor will we consider reimbursement of member medical costs, including, but not limited to charges a member may incur for emergency response services, ambulance, etc., in the case of a member medical event or emergency that occurs at Pickles and Play.
You may not organize your own informal or formal sports leagues, tournaments, or programs. We employ our own Team Members and online tools to facilitate all programs at our venues. Whether or not you receive compensation for it, you may not teach private or personal lessons in our centers or on our courts. Pickles and Play retains sole discretion to determine whether a member or guest is engaged in organizing or participating in non-Pickles and Play activities.
By accessing the Pickles and Play wireless network, you agree not to use the wireless network to transmit any material that violates any applicable laws. We may block access or terminate the wireless service at any time and for any reason, and assume no liability for doing so. We may record information about your usage of our network and may use or disclose such information, when appropriate, to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pickles and Play. Any such activity deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of your membership.
Platinum members have general access to multiple Pickles and Play venues based on the prevailing monthly membership dues rates required to gain corresponding general access.
